Called Dalton Gardens, the development will consist of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
All will be fitted with solar panels and electric car charging hubs.
The housebuilder is also investing over £300,000 into local schools, transport and play areas in the area.

Prices in this development will start at £265,000 for a three-bedroom home and £370,000 for a four-bedroom home.
